Baby Miss America Online Photo Contest Rules
1. Contest Description The Search for America’s Most Beautiful Babies is a free online photo contest presented by the Baby Miss America Pageant, created to secure State Winners to participate in the National Pageants, while building children’s self-confidence, social skills, and positive character values through uplifting, age-appropriate pageantry.
2. Our Credentials The Baby Miss America Pageant is a trusted organization, holding:
✓ AAA Rating with the Business Consumer Alliance (BCA)
✓ A Rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB)
3. Eligibility & Entry- Open to babies and young children (age divisions may vary).
- Open to U.S. residents only.
- One photo per contestant is allowed.
- Only a parent or legal guardian (18+) may register and submit a photo.
- No entry or registration fee is required.
- To enter, simply complete the online registration form and upload your child’s photo.
4. Photo Guidelines
All entries must meet the following natural beauty standards:
✗ No makeup
✗ No hairpieces or extensions
✗ No spray tans
✗ No false teeth, flippers, or filters
✓ Photos must be unretouched and unaltered
✓ Entries should reflect conservative, wholesome values Any entry that does not follow these guidelines will be disqualified.
5. Voting & Bonus Votes- Voting is open to the public.
- Votes are collected as $0.01 (1 cent) donations via Stripe, a secure online payment processor.
- Each contestant receives a unique voting link to share with friends and family.
- Bonus Votes (if awarded) are added to the total purchased votes.
- If a voter files a chargeback or dispute through Stripe, the contestant will be disqualified immediately and removed from the contest without compensation.
6. Contest Duration & Deadline Each contest has a set start and end date, listed on our website. Baby Miss America reserves the right to extend or modify the deadline in case of technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Prizes 1 Overall Grand Prize Winner 5 Category Winners (based on age divisions) Winners may receive:
- Official Baby Miss America State Title or USA National Title, State Title Crown and Sash will be presented on stage at the designated pageant.
- Eligibility to compete at the Baby Miss America Pageants, including Baby Miss American Cover Girl, Baby Miss American Patriot USA, Baby Miss USA, and Baby Miss World preliminaries determined by stipulations of each contest
- A Grand Prize of up to $1,500 in Pageant Cash
Note: All prizes and titles are awarded based on total participation. If a titleholder cannot fulfill her role, the title will be passed to the next eligible contestant.
8. Refund Policy All votes and submissions are final. Baby Miss America has a strict No Refund Policy. By registering, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
9. Disqualification Violation of any rule may result in:
- Immediate disqualification- Account and photo removal
- Loss of all votes and eligibility There will be no refunds or transfers for disqualified participants.
10. Usage Rights & Media Release By submitting your child’s photo, you grant Baby Miss America Pageant and its affiliates:
- Full rights to use, reproduce, and display submitted photos in all forms of promotional, marketing, and media (digital and print).
- These rights are irrevocable and royalty-free. You confirm that you are the parent/legal guardian and have the right to grant this permission.
11. Legal Disclaimers & Privacy Rights
a. Privacy Protection: We respect your privacy. Your personal information is only used to administer the contest and will never be sold or shared without your consent.
b. Parental Consent: By submitting an entry, you confirm you are the child’s legal guardian and consent to all terms.
c. Contest Modification: Baby Miss America reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest at any time for any reason.
d. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you release Baby Miss America Pageant, its affiliates, and staff from liability for any claims related to participation, prizes, or technical issues.
12. BCA Arbitration Please carefully read these privacy policies, rules, regulations, and arbitration terms. By submitting your child’s profile, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to all rules, regulations, privacy policy, no refund policy, and arbitration terms. This policy is subject to change. Please check for policy changes. Your continued use of the website is deemed to be acceptance of the policy changes.
13. Industrial and Intellectual Property Under the Code of Intellectual Property provisions, any reproduction, performance, or use of all or part of the elements (including logos, source code, graphics, etc.) and the structure of this site is strictly prohibited.
All trademarks, whether simple, figurative, semi-figurative, graphic, or product names, are registered trademarks owned by their respective owners. Any use of these elements, regardless of the mode, is subject to the protective rules of intellectual property. The organizing company reserves the right to modify these rules and will inform participants through notifications on the website.
14. LEGAL DISCLAIMER The use of this service is exclusively for personal purposes. Reproduction or representation of any part of the website in any medium is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance with this prohibition may lead to civil and criminal liability. Please note that the information on this site is not contractual and is subject to change without notice.
15. BCA Arbitration Agreement You and we agree to submit any dispute arising under this agreement, except a dispute alleging criminal violations, to arbitration in accordance with the Uniform Rules for Binding Arbitration of the Business Consumer Alliance (published online at checkbca.org) in effect at the time of initiation of arbitration. A volunteer arbitrator will render a decision based upon fairness, not necessarily upon legal principles, but it will be final and binding on both of us. Judgment on the decision may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. You will not have to pay anything for arbitration.This Agreement to Arbitrate affects important legal rights. Neither of us will be able to go to court for disputes once we agree in advance to arbitrate.
